1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from The Workflow Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Product Description and Permitted Use

The Workflow Vault sells digital PDF products containing structured AI prompt workflow systems for healthcare professionals. These products are licensed for personal, professional educational and workflow support use only.

You may use these products to:

• Generate AI-assisted drafts for professional review and adaptation

• Support documentation, communication, planning, and operational tasks in your professional capacity

• Use in educational and training contexts with appropriate attribution

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share these products with individuals who have not purchased them

• Reproduce or publish the contents of these products in any public or commercial format

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or disclaimer notice

• Claim authorship of the product content or represent it as your own original work

3. Not Professional Advice

All products sold by The Workflow Vault are for educational and workflow support purposes only. Nothing in these products constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, legal advice, billing guidance, compliance counsel, or any other form of professional advice.

No purchase or use of these products creates a provider-patient relationship, attorney-client relationship, pharmacist-patient relationship, or any other professional-client relationship between The Workflow Vault and the buyer or end user.

All AI-generated outputs produced using these workflows must be reviewed and approved by a qualified licensed professional before any clinical, operational, legal, or administrative use. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and safety of any AI-generated content they use.

4. Protected Health Information

You must not enter protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA, or any other individually identifiable health information, into any AI tool used in connection with these workflows. You are solely responsible for compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state privacy laws in your use of AI tools.

The Workflow Vault does not collect, receive, store, or process any information you enter into third-party AI platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Workflow Vault and its owners, creators, contributors, and distributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your purchase or use of any product from The Workflow Vault

• Any AI-generated output produced using these workflows

• Any clinical, operational, financial, legal, or other decision made in reliance on AI-generated content

• Any failure to comply with HIPAA or other applicable laws

In no event shall The Workflow Vault's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI prompt outputs will be accurate, complete, appropriate, or free from error for any specific clinical or operational purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in The Workflow Vault products is the intellectual property of The Workflow Vault and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital delivery of these products, refunds are not available after purchase except at our sole discretion. See the full refund policy on each Gumroad product page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
